Can I purchase a slot if I’m not from the United States?

No, all slots are US only unless otherwise noted.  This is simply due to the fact that most major sites like Nike and Adidas do NOT ship to other locales.  All slots require a United States shipping AND billing address unless otherwise noted.  

Am I buying a pair of shoes?

No, you are buying an auto-checkout service which will use the payment and shipping information you provided to purchase the desired shoe on release day.

Will I be charged for more than one pair? 

You only pay ONE fee with Cart Kingz for the auto check out service even when we secure you multiple pairs.  Your credit card will be charged for the retail price of the shoe on EACH website that successfully checks out.

What happens if the auto check-out is unsuccessful?

You will not pay a checkout fee with Cart Kingz for any unsuccessful slots.  The charge that you see on your card from our store is simply a temporary pre-authorization.  The charge is only completed for successful slots.  In the event that your slot is unsuccessful the charge is automatically canceled and will fall off of your card in accordance with your bank.  (Note, some banks can take several days to drop the pending charge, we have absolutely no control over this process and it is 100% up to your bank, please be patient)

When will slots be available for shoe ___?

Slots typically go live approximately 1 week before the release date of the shoe.  If you would like to request slots for a shoe that is not currently listed as coming soon on our site, please feel free to contact us!

What is the refund policy?

Auto check-out slots are NON-REFUNDABLE.  There is a lot of work involved in setting up your purchasing information on multiple websites, and slots can NOT be refunded after purchase.  If you would like to cancel your slot, you will forefit the slot fee and it will not be refunded under ANY circumstances.

Why didn't I get an e-mail from Nike SNKRS?

Nike SNKRS e-mails can only be sent to the e-mail address that was used to set up the verified SNKRS account.  We use thousands of verified accounts on your behalf to help increase your chances of copping in the SNKRS draws, but due to the limitations of these accounts, customers will NOT receive any confirmation or shipping e-mails.  The easiest way to know whether or not your SNKRS slot hit is to check your bank or card for charges from Nike.

When will I receive my shoes?

We will process your order on the date of the shoe release.  From there, the shoes will be shipped directly to your house.  Standard shipping and handling times will apply.  During some major releases where they have to process and ship 30,000 shoes, please understand that it may take a couple of days for your order to ship.  Please be patient as you will receive an e-mail update once your shoes do ship.

Is my information safe?

Yes.  At Cart Kingz, we take privacy very seriously, especially when it comes to your personal information.  Your credit card info is only stored in an encrypted state on a secure server until release day.  After the orders have been processed, we remove your personal information and will not retain it for any reason.
